pashima-cashmireWith the cooler weather coming on, or  for just those cooler summer nights, why not treat your special person to a gorgeous cashmere Pashmina.

These beautiful shawls are not only warm but have an elegance and style about them.

They can be worn as a shawl, scarf or wrap and they are easy to wear and to carry.

The pashmina shown is available in 56 spectacular colors and it is made from approx 70% Pashmina wool and 30% Silk which gives it a silky sheen and cuddly softness. It measures 80 inches long and 36inches wide and is finished on the ends with 2-2.5 inch knotted tassels.

These beautiful pasmina shawls are hand spun from hairs gathered from the Hircus which is a Himalayan goat that lives 12 to 14000 feet up high in the mountains. The hair is gathered by hand and woven on handlooms after which each piece is hand dyed, hand embroidered, beaded or printed.

Pashmina are available in a variety of materials but generally are cashmere, wool and are often blended with silk. Here are some other styles.
